The OM-6050 Osmo Station is A. Menarini Diagnostics latest instrument devised for measuring the osmotic pressure of body fluids and employs the unprecedented USC* method. Osmo Station is fully automatic and multifunctional. The apparatus itself is enhanced not only by its compact size but also by the fact that it is so easy to use. The Osmo Station 6050 has a reliable and quick throughput capable of performing a range of routine operations in a number of clinical fields.
* USC is short for "Ultra Supercooling", a measurement method which adopts a unique technology aimed at assessing osmotic pressure.
This technique has been developed by ARKRAY in order to rapidly lower the temperature to freezing point.
