GlucoDay® S is an innovative System developed by Menarini Research for continuous monitoring of subcutaneous glucose in human patients over a 48 hours period. GlucoDay® S is the first system based on a "microdialysis” technique in the world to obtain the CE marking for the Medical Device Directive, which is indispensable for the marketing of a product in the European Union. GlucoDay® S is a professional device to be used only by qualified and trained medical staff and is specifically designed for clinical or diagnostic investigations on patients. GlucoDay® S is classified as a Medical Device, Class IIA.
