Feedback from our customers is the most important element for us, helping us to adapt and continuously improve our services and products according to his needs and thus increase the total level of our service quality. Therefore we conduct customer satisfaction surveys at periodic intervals, the systematic analysis of which acts as the basis for improvements in all areas of our company.
